Exhibition at L'isle D'art - May 12, 2012

I am participating in a group exhibition in my Gallery, L'isle D'art. The address is 10 rue Carnot - 84800, l'isle sur la Sorgue, France. The opening is from 3pm-8pm.

Commission Completed - April 28, 2012

I just completed a permanent installation, designed for a room in a hotel in L'isle sur la Sorgue. The hotel is composed of a beautiful mixture of Medieval Architecture and Contemporary Art. It is called Artishow. Soon I will have photos posted both on my website and theirs.

December Exhibition - December 11, 2011

My next exhibition is scheduled for Sunday, December 11. It's another group exhibition held at Gallery L'Isle D'Art. The address is 10 rue Carnot, 84800, L'Isle Sur La Sorgue, France. The opening will be held from 3pm-9pm.

I go for a walk.

It's a crisp Autumn evening. I am walking simply for the pleasure of being here now, in the present moment, with nature.
Images flit in and out of my mind. Many lovely and fleeting things that affect me as I pass by them, or as they pass by me.

I am thinking about the colors, and textures, and history of this environment. It is so alive with beauty that I wonder if I can possibly embody these impressions in a work of art.

Then there is a moment of awe, when one spectacular vision draws all these moments together, and combines them into a unified experience. Suddenly I understand the connection between all things, and I recognize in me the ability to draw upon these connections to make something that is equally alive and integrated, both within itself, and with the region.
